Overall: From day 1, AR was quick with accurate information. All during the building process they kept us informed, were upfront and reasonable with any and all changes. In other words NO Surprises! The proof to me is we have not had 1 issue. Our neighbors have not been so lucky and are now living a nightmare having used a different builder! We have built 6 homes and this time we decided to "Hit the Easy Button" and we are Very Glad we did. Also in the End the pricing was much more inclusive and after seeing what was delivered by other builders (read upcharge for everything) it turns out AR is the best Value also.

They delivered us a fully customized house exactly as promised in the middle of the state being closed down due to the pandemic. They met all of their promises and we were able to plan out the sale of our old home. They did all they could so we’d land safely in our beautiful new home. They still work with us almost daily as we finish up swimming pool installation in our back yard to make sure we have the correct grade and we don’t have any issues in the future. We will always be grateful we chose AR over other builders!!

My parents had a GREAT experience building with Arthur Rutenberg Homes! They are older and required a little more patience than your average new home purchaser. They were SO patient and spent more than the expected time making sure things were right and to my parents liking. It was a difficult move/decision after living in the same house for 42 years but the team made the transition for my parents an enjoyable experience!
